Offered for sale is a life-size monkey sculpture created in the Pop-Art style of the 1980s. The sculpture inches in height is to the top of the tail with the tail positioned upward. The tail can be positioned either upwards or down however the tail would need to be affixed to stay in the upward position. The height of the monkey is 28" when the tail is in the downward position. The sculpture presents the monkey in a distinctive crouching pose supported by all four legs. The body has a textured finish and the tail and face are gold-gilt. The body is composition with resin and the removable gilded tail is wood.
