Antique mirror attributed to carousels from a carnival or circus and the most amazing patina we've ever seen on a mirror, and from our research likely French.
The a-symmetrical hand carved and solid wood frames scale is incredible and the visible layers of paint from it's history gives a glimmer into its no doubt storied past!
The mirror, which is amazingly not broken after what is likely a full century of use, has gorgeous patina and is ready to adorn your walls for many many years to come!
This mirror already has a mounting cable for easy hanging, though buyer assume responsibility of ensuring its usage and/or replacing this mounting cable with different mounting hardware appropriate for buyers planned mounting type.
We love an antique mirror but this carnival mirror or as some would call it circus mirror is one of our favorite French mirror type pieces we've seen, in no small part due to its incredible patina !
