- Mid Century Torch / Torchiere Floor Lamp in Aquamarine. The color Aquamarine, Turquoise, also later became noted as Tiffany Blue. … more Mid Century Torch / Torchiere Floor Lamp in Aquamarine. The color Aquamarine, Turquoise, also later became noted as Tiffany Blue. A significant color being used by car manufactures in the 1950's and became iconic. This lamp is steel with aluminum painted and finished as a car. The upper shaft and torch are in the Aquamarine color and the lower shaft with base is a darker variant of the same. Polished Aluminum detail rings at middle and base. The lamp was acquired from the showroom of a vintage car collection. This lamp has a Franklin three way switch, in very good original condition. A great floor lamp and true period find. less
