Vintage: C.1980's, Original Italian, hand-blown Murano, is this stunning, elongated, trophy urn-shaped, vessel, a monumentally tall, large piece by Gambaro Y Poggi's, well known revered, Murano art glass blowers, distinctive onto themselves, in a collaborative effort for unique pieces, such as this monumental and oversized Italian, hand-blown Murano vessel is. The vessel has a combination of hand-applied, gold leaf and gold dust inclusions incorporated into a clear body, with black accented colorations, the added gold ethereal coloration combo, are overlain and unique onto itself, as each hand-blown Murano pieces are, and gives depth to the black accented areas, whereupon the gold dust a star-like quality. The gold leaf and gold dust is the perfect counterpoint to the Murano glass. The arms or handles which are "S-Curved," are hand-applied, as are the thick tubular rimmed details throughout the piece, ending in a flared base. The vessel has quasi-trophy like look or urn shape, and a perfect foil for any interior capability, be it in a dining room, living area, entry foyer, on a console, server buffet, dining table, glass case, amongst other collectibles, given the piece, may be showcased almost anywhere that an eclectic or nuanced interior applies, distinct and worldly, yet supreme sophistication abounds fully. Sourced from a Palm Beach, Florida Estate. The original makers mark sticker is affixed to the top flared rim, as image indicates.
