An early 1930s Streamline Moderne chaise lounge or daybed by Kem Weber for Lloyd Manufacturing Co.
A sleek yet comfortable piece displaying the horizontal lines and curving forms that exemplify the late Art Deco period Streamline Moderne style. On polished tubular steel hairpin legs. Vintage black wool upholstery in great condition, with piped seams, a taut fit, and minimal signs of fading or wear.
Would look equally at home in an Art Deco, Mid-Century Modern, or contemporary interior.
