Offered is a vintage 1970s burnished ceramic trinket bowl with lid from Tonalá in Jalisco, Mexico and created by Ken Edwards renowned for his studio, El Palomar.
The bird and flower are typical of the region, this piece done in soft shades of blue - made from natural tints native to the area.
The bowl is hexagon shaped with a circus top lid with a bird, butterfly and flowers hand painted throughout.
