Description: This is a stunning Chinoiserie style black lacquer cabinet with gilded (golden) doors that have images of birds, mountains and … more This is a stunning Chinoiserie style black lacquer cabinet with gilded (golden) doors that have images of birds, mountains and grasses painted in the gilding. There are two decorative brass door pulls. Cabinet opens to reveal one adjustable shelf. The case is painted in black lacquer. There are brass caps at the feet. There are no makers marks on this piece.

There is a similar three part cabinet by Renzo Retulli on 1st Dibs. It's quite possible this was also by him.

Dimensions are 33"W x 19"D x 30.75"H

There is one scratch on the inside of one of the doors (see close up) and there are very minor imperfections to the black lacquer on the case (see close ups). The black lacquer was restored and is in excellent condition. less
