This iconic industrial armchair is one of the most relevant design projects of the 20th century.

The structure of the armchair is completely made of felt soaked in a thermosetting resin, applied especially in the seat in order to give it rigidity and to be able to support the weight of the person sitting on it.

The backrest has been left more elastic so that it is foldable and modifiable as desired, but still rigid.

The great designer Gaetano Pesce wants to recreate a kind of primitive environment, thanks to a raw material such as felt and the elasticity of the backrest which means that those who use it can wrap themselves and protect themselves with the flaps of the backrest.

Thanks to the felt, the armchair reduces the surrounding acoustic impact, giving those who use it the sensation of being protected in a niche.
