We have a pleasure to offer you this gorgeous Antique French Louis XV / Napoleon III Work Table Desk. Spectacular in every sense, mid-19th century Parisian workshop masterpiece. Made of rosewood, marquetry inlaid, with monogrammed brass plate in the center. The top opens with two bronze decorative hinges in perfect working order. When the top opens it reveals a vanity desk setup, underside of the lid has a bronze framed / mounted mirror, bellow which is an inkwell bottle and a cloth covered writing surface. There is a single wide drawer (with dividers inside). All locks are original to the piece, very unusual engraved bronze. Table is in good condition, showing minor age / use wear as it was well taken care of in it's 150+ year old history (please see photos). Size is great to fit anywhere at 28.5" height, 22.5" wide, and 16.5" across, while the knee clearance is 21.5" height.
