This is a wonderful Emerson Electric fan from the late 1940s. "Type 77646-AQ", it has a 12" oscillating fan and would have been used to keep one cool in those pre air conditioning days! (Did they have air conditioning in the 1940s?!). This fan has no wire or plug so I'm selling it as NOT WORKING/UNTESTED. I'm sure it will be an easy fix for someone who knows how, or a great restoration project for a hobbyist interested in such things. And just as it is, it makes a magnificent centerpiece decorative item.
It measures 18 1/2" height x 13 1/2" width x 9" depth. It's base is approx 8" diameter. The actual fan is approx 12" diameter.
It weighs a hefty 17lb 10oz!
This is a fabulous center piece item that's sure to be the talk of any setting it finds itself in.
