This unusual and interesting bench was designed by Stanley Jay Friedman for Brueton in the 1980s. I don’t know the age of this piece; it may have been produced in the last few years. The period made information in this listing is an estimate.
The curvy shape resembles undulating waves, hence the name, “Undulatus.” The white leather is in excellent condition. There are four stainless steel legs with a shiny chrome finish, for a modern appearance.
The seat height varies due to the shape of the wavy surface. At the lowest, the seat height is 18” and at the highest, it is 20.5”. The bench is 57” long and 24” deep. Theses are approximate measurements.
This is a statement piece and would look stunning in a foyer, living room, family room or bedroom. Please let me know if you have any questions. less
