This particular KPM mark … more This Beautiful Soup Bowl with under-plate, both pieces are marked with the “KPM” Berlin Blue Scepter. 
This particular KPM mark was used in timeline of 1870 - 1945. 
The bowl has a name with the date of 1910. The under plate has the initials K.B which match the name on the Bowl with the date also 1910.
Both dish and plate are hand painted porcelain with floral motifs with dark pink painted rims. The handles seem to be manufactured to look like lemon branches adorned with lemons.
The Royal Porcelain Factory in Berlin (German: Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin, abbreviated as KPM), also known as the Royal Porcelain Manufactory Berlin and whose products are generally called Berlin porcelain, was originally founded in 1763 by King Frederick II of Prussia
(known as Frederick the Great). 
The company logo is a cobalt blue scepter, which is stamped on every piece.
(but they are painted prior to 1837) 
All painted pieces produced by KPM are signed by the painter. less
