Description: This antique Limoges biscuit or cracker jar features hand painted gold flowers on a vine set on white and orange … more This antique Limoges biscuit or cracker jar features hand painted gold flowers on a vine set on white and orange porcelain. The flowers are accented by raised gold enameling. The fitted lid has a coordinating design with a loop style finial. I see no chips or cracks but there is a branch of crazing on the bottom. There are also minor imperfections in the paint. Overall, it is in amazing condition for being about 125 years old! It measures 7 " T x 6" W. The jar is marked M Redon, Limoges France c. 1891-1896.
