This tall metal framed etagere is made up of six open shelves with clear glass tiered levels. Made of distressed painted surface and constructed metal to resemble bamboo with wire wrapped details. Made up of metal and glass, this faux bamboo is painted with a vintage original warm golden tone in a matte shimmer speckle. With highs and lows of bronze and blackened patina, this process is often replicated in todays furniture painting processes since then.
Of unknown maker and origin, this piece has been saved from a prominent family, original owner most likely from the 1960s-70s era.
In excellent preowned used condition, minimal surface wear in the surface, some light hairline scratches in a few areas in the glass surface upon very close inspection. A solid sound structure without compromise. Comes with all the original glass, stoppers and padded cleats to protect floors.
Fit appropriated settings of mid century modern designs as well as staging new spaces of contemporary, hollywood regency and transitional styles, mix and match with new concepts. Lots of storage solutions for decor and display. Insured shipping by Chairish nominated third party shipping services, pick up on location available. Removable glass shelves for cleaning and storage.
