This industrial desk lamp is the ‘SIS Bauhaus desk lamp‘, a metal desk lamp with a swivel arm designed in the 1960s by Karl Lang, based on the example of the Bauhaus lamps from the 1930s by Christian Dell for Gebrüder Kaiser & Co. It is produced in Germany by SIS-Licht Gebr. Lang GmbH & Co. in Schweinfurt.
The lamp has an embossed ‘SIS’ logo on the lampshade. The lamp was completely rewired and equipped with a new black pressure switch, black iron cord and black plug with earthing. You only have to screw in a lamp to enjoy this industrial lamp.
