Mies Van Der Rohe (1886-1969). Concrete Office Building. Project, 1922. Limited Edition Mies Van Der Rohe Lithograph. This is a Limited Edition Lithograph of the original project that is in the Permanent Collection at Moma. This project is of the Perspective Concrete Office Building, charcoal and cont crayon on brown paper. From the presses of Ludwig Glaeser, 1969.
The Concrete Office Building is the third of the five projects that established Mies as one of the great innovators of modern architecture. It was published as often during the 1920's as were the glass skyscraper schemes, but exerted a more immediate influence because of its practical adaptability and structural explicitness.
