Solid brass antique Chinese pedestal/footed bowl with gleaming golden patina. Hand engraved with traditional wrap around scene portraying two dragons battling over the flaming pearl. The interior engraved with naturalistic elements and 8 calligraphic characters symbolizing good fortune.
The underside with impressed Xuande dynasty mark together with a crudely engraved "Made in China" mark. Can be used in the home or added to a collection.
Excellent condition.
Circa 1920s.
