Set includes four cups, one pitcher with lid and a tray. The inside of the pitcher has a liner that is removable for easy cleaning. You could also replace the tulips if you wish on the pitcher. There is one small chip along the base of the pitcher, and a couple small spots on the white liner of the tray which I tried to remove. They lightened up some.
Tray measures: 13.5 inches wide by 1 inch tall. The cups measure 3.4 inches in diameter by 4 inches in height. less
