"ina-casa means the intervention plan of the italian state, in force between 1949 and 1963 to create public residential buildings throughout the italian territory.
a singular feature of the project was to have a polychrome ceramic plaque affixed to all the buildings constructed (some of which were created by great artists such as alberto burri, duilio cambellotti, leoncillo leonardi, tommaso cascella, guerrino tramonti, pietro de laurentiis, piero dorazio, wladimiro tulli) that alluded either to the theme of the project or, more generally, to the theme of the home as a happy place. The application of the plates on the properties, for which the measurements, position and maximum prices were established, was one of the conditions for issuing the testing certificate." this piece has an attribution mark,
