Antique French Louis XIV Commode ~ Cabinet ~ Credenza is as lovely as it is versatile! The size makes it great for a flat panel TV mount. Consider it a winner behind the sofa, or as a console in the entryway, or use it behind the desk to keep your office organized! The beveled and subtly contoured top overlooks a centered tier of three drawers, which are flanked by cabinets on both sides. The combination provides a wealth of storage and organizational opportunity. The drawers rely on fine molding detail and intricately cast brass key guards for visual appeal. The cabinet doors, hung on brass hinges, feature more traditional key guards and a lavishly carved panel situated in a boldly molded frame. The heavily contoured apron is also carved to follow the theme, and blends into six scrolled legs with escargot feet.
