This is an original signed cartoon by Bob Weber (1924-2016) who was the creator of Moose Miller of Moose & Molly. He drew this cartoon when King Jim was hired in 1989 by King Features Syndicate, to welcome him. King Jim was the head (and only) colorist for King Features Syndicate from 1989-1998.
