1990s Unmarked Stemware With Round Shaped Base

This is a piece of stemware that has a base that looks kind of like a pin cushion-round and shaped … more This is a piece of stemware that has a base that looks kind of like a pin cushion-round and shaped and not flat like everyone else. I have not found any markings on these glasses and I have five of them. Sold individually.

Each glass measures 2 7/8 inches across the rim and is 6 1/8 inches tall. The base is 1.25 inches tall and the glass is just over 4.00 inches deep.

I do not think these are crystal and I cannot find any kind of identification. I just think the base is unique and very interesting.
