This mid century modern Italian jug/ decanter is in the style of Aldo Tura. It is beautiful wood with interspersed dots of colored resin throughout the body. of light brown wood. The colors of the resin are red, green, tan and brown..There are markings on the bottom that are not exactly legible but it seems to say Macadus Italy with other words in a circle. The fittings on the top are original brass that has been polished. There was minor restoration done to the best it can be.
I would say this is more decorative than utilitarian and would look great on your bar. From the 50's and Italian. less
