He, along with ludwig mies van der rohe and mart stam, co-invented the cantilevered chair. This early edition bauhaus model ss33 armchair by lorenz for thonet, made in 1930, is a rare and original piece, crafted from tubular chrome-plated steel. It is not a later reproduction and offers both comfort and historical significance. Features curved backrests and seats with polished chrome tubular frames. In good vintage condition throughout. Dimensions 22.75ʺw × 22ʺd × 29.5ʺh this piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
