Features a rectangular composition in largely earth tones, a beautifully balances of thick and thin paint with areas of color expanding within the nature of their painterly application, common in color field painting and a highly explored type of abstraction in Mid-Century painting, particularly in the New York school and reminiscent of the paintings of Clyfford Still.
