This late Ming/early Qing famille Verte glazed pot was converted to a lamp most likely in the 1920’s. The bronze hardware was added to the pot after market and during the conversion. The base has an undulating bottom rim which creates the illusion missing parts.
This lamp is in very good converted condition with wear consistent with age and use. The lamp has been rewired.
