Antique Dutch Brass Claw Foot Tobacco Casket, Circa 19th Century. This brass storage box was designed in the form of a coffer or casket. The rectangular body is fitted with strap hinges, side ring handles and claw + ball feet. The top is engraved with an outdoor scene showing a windmill, tree and a couple structures. The front of the box is stamped just below the hinged closure, with the initials “F.A.S”. Unbranded.
