This piece features varnished oak with a deep brown exterior and golden interior. The handles, straps, hinges, nails, and other hardware are of a hand-wrought iron construction as evidenced by the characteristic hammered nails. Also present is the original iron keyhole and locking mechanism, though the key isn't included. less
