Definitely at the top of my "fun finds" list! This fabulous whimsical decorative bird cage has such a mod mid century look, and also a little Taj Mahal meets Alice in Wonderland at the Mad Hatter's tea party! The fanciful shape and great details - and did I mention patina - make it a really fun vintage piece.
It would be great outdoors, in the garden, maybe even as a topiary. I admit I'm a little stumped by the design as there's no door or window that opens, simply the hinged and latched bottom. So you'd need to grab that bird really quickly! Perhaps it was designed for something else? I love the idea of filling it with natural objects, birds nests and eggs, moss, hanging it on the wall... It's in very good condition, just the slightest bit of rusting.
22" tall, 16" across, 7" front to back. The large size accounts for the cost of shipping. The little bird is a prop only and is not included.

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.

- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
