Part of the original Penthouse Collection which debuted in 1998, featuring classic and contemporary lines with pieces awash with lacquered woods and black leather.
Excellent overall condition, extremely well taken care of. Only the most minor scrapes to leather. Legs have very limited signs of dings, dents, scratches or signs of use. Seat cushion, back and arms retain significant cushion, as does the ottoman. Most significant wear is along the hand rests where the leather has lost some of it's natural creasing, but it's not even obvious unless you are looking for problems and has no impact on stability for future usage..
