A bright and colorful table top interior. Saturated jewel-tones. Aloe, vase, painting, and tabletop in the South of France. Painted by Y. Bouchon in 1924; it could have been painted yesterday. Charm abounds.
Unframed, 21.75 x 15. Gouache on board. The colors in the first photo are truer; the others were taken under cloudy skies. Single owner: large private collection in Normandy.
Newly-framed in a charcoal burled wood and double-matted in dark olive linen and navy blue (dimensions below), under UV gallery acrylic, signed on recto, and wired to hang.
