The red and blue paperweights are made with small pigment dots. All three are profusely covered in gold leaf. The blue one also has an iridescent surface with the gold. One still retains a "Made In Italy" item number label. They would make a great display on any desk, vanity or coffee table. Mid-century era. They measure about 3" across.
