The creative arts movement was running strong in the city of Montreal at that time, as was the MCM craze. This piece shows it was made by a skilled potterer, with a combination of using wheel and hand building techniques. Very sturdy piece, no cracks or chips. It measures 20" tall x 10" in diameter. It sports a beautiful reticulated flower design, with cream and brown glazes being used throughout. Would be a lovely addition of artistry to any home's decor. Signed on bottom of piece. less
