beautiful oriental screen depicting the 4 seasons all wood with a black lacquered background and gold outline around each panel. … more beautiful oriental screen depicting the 4 seasons all wood with a black lacquered background and gold outline around each panel. artwork are all wood pieces, hand painted, that are attached to each panel over the black background. the piece can be used for privacy, to divide a room or simply decorative. it consists of 8 frames. the 4 large frames depicting the seasons and 4 small frames at the bottom depicting flowers from the season. each panel is 15” x 70”. so completely stretched out the piece would be 70” tall and 60” wide plus the space inbetween each panel for the hinges. however it can be folded to accommodate different space sizes. the back features a black background with a type of palm tree painted in gold. the piece is 100” wood the mountain at the top of each panel is painted in gold as is the palm tree on the backside. this is truly a work of art. i do not know which season each panel depicts but the panels all depict beautiful florals. note that the screen is located in somewhat of a dark room and the flash. creates a bit of a white blur on backside but the image itself is gold on black. and not tarnished less
