Solid oak frame with original dark stained back. The rush seat has been renewed. A real eye-catcher for your home or office. In very good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. This wonderful and iconic piece of furniture was part of a dining room set with table and three other high back chairs. This set was designed for a small villa designed by the famous Dutch architects Jan Duiker and Bernard Bijvoet.
