This Really is a Great Looking Authentic Antique American Folk Art Doll House. It is Rendered in a Classic New England Two Story Cottage Style. Circa Early 20th Century. This Piece is Completely Hand Made out of Pine Wood with Hand Painted Features. The Complicated Multiple Piece Construction includes a Nicely Detailed Shingle Roof, Real Glass Windows, Hinged Front Door with Doorknob, Etc. It Still Retains its All Original Hand Painted Features that have Developed that Wonderful Naturally Aged Patina that Cannot be Duplicated. It is in Very Good Overall Original Condition and it Displays Beautifully.
I Acquired This Piece on one of my Recent Picking Adventures in Central New Hampshire Region.
It Measures Overall Approx 15 inches Tall x 13 1/2 inches Wide x 12 3/4 inches Long.
