This beautiful Acoma Pottery wedding vase was hand made by Pueblo artist Jackie Shutiva in the 1980's. It is a hand coiled Corrugated vase with a polychrome geometric design of orange, brown, and black on the handle. The intricate design and unglazed finish make it a unique piece of Native American art. It is a stunning addition to any collection.
It is a traditional wedding vase and the shape symbolizes the joining of two lives in love and harmony. The groom drinks from one spout and bride from the other. The handle represents the bonding of the bride and groom. The white color of the pottery is a symbol of purity and peace. The vase is perfect for use at weddings and for display.
