The off-white finish shows only minor nicks which are too fine to be visible in our photos but showing no rust, tarnishing or deep scratches that have pierced the paint. The head swivels in up and down and in a circular motion and the bulb and switch function exactly as they should with both high and low light options. Bulb included with lamp.
