*The Fenton Art Glass Company, founded in 1905 by brothers John and Frank Fenton, was a prominent American glass manufacturer known for its vibrant colored glassware. Initially, they decorated glass pieces from other manufacturers, but soon after, they began crafting their own glass in West Virginia. Fenton art glass is known for its diverse creations, including vases, figurines, and jewelry. While they ceased traditional glassmaking in 2011, Fenton continues to design and sell handcrafted glass jewelry, keeping their artistic legacy alive. less
