There is wear apparent from years of use that show as marks or dents beneath the finish. Please refer to the photos for wear. The green apple colored seats are all in good used condition. One seat has small signs of wear at the edges. Please refer to the photos. Otherwise, the seats are in excellent condition. Unsure as to whether the seat is upholstered in a dyed leather or very high end leather look alike. Easy to clean! The white finish is new. Set of 8 includes 2 armed host chairs. The remaining 6 do not have arms. less
