This vintage light fixture is a beautifully restored original industrial ceiling strip light. Originally a fluorescent lamp salvaged from the engine rooms of decommissioned cargo ships. Modified with dimmable edison led tubes, new electrical components and re-finished with matte black paint. The main body is cast aluminium with steel and brass fittings. The edison tubes are encased in flameproof glass.
made c1977 by daeyang, a south korean manufacturer of industrial grade fixtures and fittings.
