Offering a Murano hand blown glass handkerchief made in Italy, circa late 20th Century. This stunning smaller-size vase has hundreds of white and red daisy flowered murrines throughout the entire surface done in the traditional millefiori technique. It has a light gold dust over the entire surface. Unsigned, but guaranteed to be authentic Murano glass of the period.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The photos are reflecting a lot of gold and in actuality it has a slightly more subtle and softer gold dusting.
A lovely elegant and delicate vase that will add a splash of sparkle in any decor. Most likely this is a designer vase by Gambaro & Poggi.

Gambaro & Poggi
Gambaro & Poggi was founded in 1974 by two brothers-in-law, Mario Gambaro and Bruno Poggi, both of whom were born and raised in Murano, Italy. Their glassmaking expertise was honed through training with some of the most famous glass artists, including Archimede Seguso and Alfredo Barbini, as well as working at prestigious glass companies such as Seguso Vetri d’Arte, Vincenzo Nason, and Barovier & Toso.
The company quickly gained popularity for its refined glass products and innovative styles. Gambaro & Poggi specialized in creating artistic glass objects, which are quintessential to Murano Glass production. These objects included a wide range of masterpieces, such as bowls, vases, plates, animals, candleholders, table lamps, carafes, drinking glasses, and sculptures. Their craftsmanship combined traditional techniques with contemporary designs, resulting in unique and elegant pieces.
After the retirement of Mario Gambaro, the furnace evolved into Gambaro e Tagliapietra Murano Glass Studio. The legacy continues with the involvement of Matteo Tagliapietra, a young glass master and heir to the company.
