Stunning pair of brass & crystal glass wall lights/sconces designed by Carl Fagerlund and made in collaboration between Danish light manufacturer LYFA and Swedish glasswork Orrefors in the 1960s. Rare "Venus" model. Thick mold-blown transparent crystal glass shades curved to a half circle form. They feature an embossed pattern of bubbles. The shades are fixed with 2 brass knobs to thin polished brass wall mountings. The wall lights illuminate beautifully (see pictures). Original labels intact.
Re-wired (hardwired) and ready to be installed straight to the wall (US compatible). Each wall light requires 1x E12 light bulb, max 40W. LED compatible. Height: 10''; width: 5.9''; depth (from wall): 4.7''. Quite heavy (each weighs 2.7 kg).
Very good vintage condition. No chips, no cracks or other damage to the glass. Patina on the brass parts.
