This is in very good to excellent vintage condition. However, it has patina consistent with age and prior use. More specifically, the brass socket has tarnished over time. The base also has a few areas where the paint has chipped or worn over time. This was lightly cleaned with non-toxic cleaner, but otherwise remains in its original vintage condition as found.
