Original signed figure drawing by contemporary artist Michelle Arnold Paine. Traditionally rendered drawing in contemporary turquoise and magenta colors, this nude figure study in watercolor pencil is framed with an archival mat and a white wood frame and ready to hang.
The drawing was created with watercolor pencil on 100% cotton archival watercolor paper, matted with archival matboard and framed in a white wood frame with UV glass. The drawing measures 10" x 14" matted to fit inside a 16" x 20" frame with exterior dimensions of 17" x 21". The drawing is signed by the artist, who retains the copyright to the image, including the right to sell reproductions.

After completing a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and a M.F.A. from University of New Hampshire, artist Michelle Arnold Paine taught Drawing, Painting and Design for seven years at various colleges in New England.
She has exhibited extensively in group shows and juried shows in commercial, community, non-profit and university spaces. Her work has been published in many publications which seek to explore elements of the divine.
In addition to numerous private collections across the U.S., her paintings can be found in the collection of the Valparaiso University Chapel, Indiana, Rivier College, New Hampshire and Gordon College, Massachusetts. less
