From this important Xinjiang oasis city, this kellegi format piece features a saturated cinnabar red field with three round “moon” medallions in abrashed light and royal blue, along with butterflies and smaller openwork wreath medallions. The salmon-pink main border presents rosettes and a colorful striped connecting vine.
