This beautifully designed glass platter with its exuberant shooting stars was handmade and mouth blown by skilled artisans at Industria Vetraria Valdarnese (IVV) in Italy. IVV (whose name translates to Valdarnese Glass Industry) was established back in 1952 by a group of master glassmakers and has made a name for itself as one of Europe's leading manufacturers of handmade blown glass.
The stars with their trailing lines and bubbles capture in glass the excitement of seeing a shooting star or the finale of a fireworks show. Sure to be a conversation piece!
