The brutal sabre style legs which are a classic design of the period, are heavy and keep the chairs fixed for perfect swivel movement. The original velvet cushions are in tact without tears or stains, however, they could use a re-stuffing or even better a full re-upholstery to modernize these gorgeous chairs. See less
