Czechoslovakian overlay glass stem and bottom dish, white top layer cut to reveal green underneath, with hand painted flowers. Ten delicate brass arms. Teardrop crystals hang from delicate curved glass rods waterfalling from the stem and from each light. Hand painted overlay glass with crystals. Czechoslovakia, early 20th Century. Completely restored and rewired, ready to hang. Glass and crystals In excellent condition. See less
