Amphora Austria "Campina" Owl Pottery Vase circa 1910
An Austrian Pottery vase adorned with an owl-inspired design motif stands out for its intricate detailing. The owls themselves feature enamel-like slip, displaying hues of pine green, deep blue, and earthy brown. Complementing this, bands of similar slipware in a rich, dark blue embellish both the top and bottom of the vase. The handles, seamlessly integrated with the top band, enhance the vase's aesthetic appeal. On the reverse side, a circle bearing four stylized shields adds further artistic flair.
